Municipal Primary and Election: Tuesday, October 10th. On Election Day, the polls are open from 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Municipal General Election: Tuesday, November 7th. On Election Day, the polls are open from 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Polling Sites: Be sure to go to your assigned precinct’s polling place. Need to know what polling place you’re assigned to? Use the State’s Voter Lookup Tool to get that information along with your districts, sample ballot, etc.
Early Voting: Don’t want to wait for Election Day? Early voting is extremely popular in Durham County!

If you have an ID, bring it with you when you go to vote. If you don’t have an ID, ask for the Photo ID Exception Form when you go to the polls.
